Milo and Gibson

Milo and his brother Gibson were rescued in June of 2006 (at 9-12 weeks of age) from a remote lake area notorious for "set out", defenseless animals. Prior to their rescue the only resident of the location saw the pups roaming the lake's shorelines and access road for a period of 8 days.

Milo and Gibson are neutered, vaccinated, and are on a monthly parasiticide. Milo weighs 63 pounds and Gibson weighs 58 pounds. They are approximately 17 months young. Both are crate trained, house trained and accustomed to using a doggie door. They know basic commands such as "sit", "come" and "no".

Chasing a lazer-pointer dot (outdoors) at night is a serious and very exciting time for these two.

Milo and Gibson are accustomed to a regimented daily schedule. Keeping these guys on schedule is vital to their well-being during transition. Anyone interested in adopting them must be willing to attend at least 5 introductory, neutral territory meetings and 2-3 in-home meetings with each new family member present.
